Breakfast is the first meal of the day, usually early in the morning. I wanted to find a substitute for my soy patties and toast but still feel full. I came across baked banana bread and said to myself why not.
Banana bread is breakfast and can be snack at times. While most banana bread recipes contains dairy and eggs this vegan banana bread uses neither. The trick I found to the recipe is the softer the banana the sweeter the taste so sugar needed as well.
The recipe is super easy, yummy and satisfying. I’ve make it all the time now, especially when I know my mornings will be super busy it’s he perfect grab and go.
