These tofu nuggets are a vegan twist to the traditional chicken nuggets. This takes just a few minutes to prepare and bake or (fry in olive oil). The taste is all in the bread crumb, I like to season mine with sea salt, pepper, turmeric, onion and garlic powder. Also, feel free to play with the spices to give them the flavor you’re looking for. You can dunk them in your favorite sauce or use them as a topping like a salad.
