When simply whipping up a satisfying morning meal seems like mission impossible. I enjoy making one of my favorite breakfast sandwiches in 10 minutes. Crispy (vegetarian) Bacon topped with fresh slices of Avocado on a whole wheat muffin. Not only is it filling but it provides E-B vitamins, potassium and a great source of fiber. The best part of the sandwich is the vegetarian bacon. It’s amazing how much this bacon taste so real to me. It’s a great combination of salty flavor and crunch to create the best sandwich.
